Overview
The first day involved induction talks, whilst the following days were split between talks from firm members, office specific sessions, and group project preparation time.
Skills
I have become more confident communicating with professionals and with public speaking. I have developed skills of giving a sales pitch for a client.
Business Insight
The talks provided a great overview of the firm’s business and the roles available as well as the potential for progressing in the career.
Culture
It was very friendly, encouraging and supportive. The firm is clearly dedicated to diversity and inclusivity and ensuring everyone feels welcome.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed the week and learning about the firm. Meeting such genuine, friendly people made me really want to work with the firm.

Be yourself, be engaging at the assessment centre and try not to be shy as they want you to succeed, and prepare for skills based questions.
