Overview
We have had multiple sessions organised during each of the 5 days. We heard from very prominent figures in the business. We learned about DLA Piper's strategy, practice areas, their SESG, Health and Wellbeing, as well as, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Each day was very well planned and each session was brilliant. We also had to prepare a presentation based on a business case study.
Skills
Developed networking. It was a good experience to put yourself out there.
Business Insight
We have learned things that we would not have been able to learn only by researching the firm. The business was well explained to us.
Culture
Great culture, exactly the same as I found when I first interacted with a DLA Piper's employees. The culture is the same across the board. Everyone is friendly, down-to-earth, open, willing to speak to you, and smiley.

Very enjoyable, well-planned, very insighful.

Be natural, be yourself, smile, be able to hold a conversation with anyone, relax but also prepare your reasons for applying for the firm really well. Speak to people at the firm.
