    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I enjoyed my work, when the projects had a feeling of adding value. The team, my immediate team were fantastic and can only speak highly of them. Company culture can be hit or miss sometimes, there are a lot of older mentalities that may prove challenging for some younger individuals (change management especially) I would most likely return given the opportunity

  • Yes

  • 8. What advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK
  • Ask questions, make as many new connections as possible because you find yourself seeing similar faces everywhere in and around topics. Put the prep work into your interview and assessment, but most importantly be yourself, interviewers are pretty hot on people that can regurgitate "Buzz words" and have nothing to substantiate them. Be aware that it is a big company and there will be people you don't necessarily agree with, conflict management is important
