Overview
We had four different tasks throughout the week from four different departments: Corporate, Restructuring, Banking and Construction. Then throughout the day there was talks with the other departments within Gateley. Finally there was social events to get involved in. Such as an escape room, murder mystery, HIIT class and a dinner.
Skills
My attention to detail has improved as there is a lot of due diligence work.
Business Insight
It was genuinely really good. The talks with the partners and current trainees were very insightful.
Culture
There is a strong emphasis on team spirit and that is clear to see during the week. It is what I like most about Gateley.
