Overview
My role involved creating and sending out communications to the wider team, supporting with internal events and demand generation activities, customer engagement activities, and supporting a number of ad hoc projects and initiatives.
Skills
I have developed many skills including time management, communication, project management and PowerPoint/Excel. I have also gained knowledge in SAP tools.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was treated as a valued team member and was responsible for a number of regional projects.
Support & Guidance
I felt very supported throughout my placement year as I had support from my manager, my buddy and the placements team, in addition to the two interns from the previous cohort who trained me for a month during the handover period.
Culture
The culture at SAP is supportive and inclusive, despite working virtually, there are still socials and additional opportunities to get involved in.
Your Impressions
I have thoroughly enjoyed my placement, I was treated as a valued member and developed and learnt many new skills. I had good exposure to the business and always felt supported in my role.
