Overview
Creating and publishing regular reporting to the Operations function within VWFS. Managing a central mailbox for the team, answering stakeholder queries where possible. Supporting other reporting areas for Fleet and Retail.
Skills
Developed skills such as communication, Presentation and Confidence. Gained new skills such as Tableau.
Responsibilities
Lots of responsibility to work on my work alone, and answer queries, and towards the end of my placement i took on even more to teach the new undergraduate.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support and guidance from my line managers, and even more during mentoring sessions that were very beneficial.
Culture
Company culture to always develop and improve was very enjoyable, and the welcoming nature also allowed me to settle in very quickly.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my time, even though it was working remotely the whole year. I developed a lot as a person and gained many valuable experiences.
