Overview
Listening to presentations from members of staff and engaging in group work in preparation for an end of week assessed presentation.
Skills
Further developed my communication skills through interacting with people from international offices and different parts of the business.
Responsibilities
Mostly just listening to presentations that were not active participation, just a chance to ask questions at the end of each.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support from graduate recruitment and completely put me at ease the whole internship. Were always available to help with technology glitches.
Culture
Amazing support and all members of staff involved were very friendly and approachable, no matter how high up in the business they were. All very excited and encouraging to us as interns and potential future trainees.
Your Impressions
Found the whole internship very fun and learnt so much more about the firm than I expected to. Also found it very engaging despite the whole week taking place over Zoom.
Yes
Be open to speaking and contacting people at the firm, they’re not as scary as they may seem and everyone I have approached for assistance or to ask questions has answered and been very friendly!
