Overview
Working on complex problems and to provide the best possible solution within an agreed service level timeframe. Document solutions to known issues and consulting questions. Develop technical solutions to be posted to both internal and external knowledge base.
Skills
Along the road I have learnt many new skills and even become certified within the product. Throughout my time I have developed pre-existing skills to industry standard.
Responsibilities
I was give the responsibility of working with high end customer and priority ones cases. Adding to me role I additionally aided with the re-hiring of new interns.
Support & Guidance
Support and guidance was offered along the way with helpful people around every corner. No matter what the problem is someone will always have time to speak to you.
Culture
Due to being a one of a kind year working from home the atmosphere was still great. Many activities were setup in order for everyone to get to know each other a little more and the feeling of being welcomed into the team was great.
Your Impressions
This has been by far the best year of my life. The learning opportunities and knowledge gained will take you very far into the future and the teams within the company are fantastic and super nice.

Do not be afraid to express yourself. Do some background research and really dive deep into what SAP is and stands for.
