Overview
Working with planners to produce reports for clients (ISA contributions, GIAs, pension reviews). Moved into Operations to work on transformational change, supporting the Director of Operations.
Skills
Developed a significant amount of technical knowledge from a lot of training sessions. This was supported by passing some CII exams whilst at work. Also attended a lot of meetings with seniors where I acted as a Secretary, so I was given a high level of responsibility.

Yes, especially during my secondment to Operations.

I received a lot of support and I had a great manager. I really enjoyed it.
Culture
The people who work in the MK office especially are lovely. They are very happy to give you time to explain basic concepts to you and also explain their job role.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it and I feel it has provided a great foundation for my career. I was taught a lot in a short amount of time.
Yes
Be very outgoing in the interviews and simply say you don’t know if you’re unsure of something. They value soft skills very highly.
