Overview
Store time- Understanding the fundamentals of the business Head office- Carrying out projects to improve the businesses efficiency, given real responsibility throughout. Shadowing Area Managers- Exploring what the role of an AM involves, coach and develop you stores.
Skills
My skill set is so much stronger in comparison to when I started at Aldi. What once were my weaknesses are now strengths and with constant exposure and experience can only improve.
Responsibilities
You are constantly given real responsibility on every rotation of the placement. Although sometimes challenging it allows you to grow your skill set and become more resilient which will help you in your final year of University and future career.
Support & Guidance
Constant updates with your director and mentor allowing you to reflect back on the previous months and put goals in place to better yourself.

A very professional environment with hard working employees which makes it one of the leading supermarkets in the UK.
Your Impressions
An invaluable year with great opportunities to grow you knowledge but also your skill set. Although challenging at times, the constant exposure and responsibility you get is like no other placement year.
