Overview
We had a half day induction on the first day, then we had a meeting with the senior member of staff that we were shadowing and then sat in on various team meetings the following days. We also had lots of coffee catch ups with members of the tax team to build our network.
Skills
I have greatly developed my existing communicative skills.
Business Insight
It made me extremely excited and driven to apply to the firm in the future and to transfer skills to other firms I wish to apply to.
Culture
Amazingly friendly and welcoming, there felt like there was no hierarchical structure and I could truly turn to anyone to discuss any questions I had.
