Overview
Shadow your mentor, Q&As with various people at different grades within your line of service and attend some social activities organized by the recruitment team.
Skills
You're definitely taught to ask questions and try new things, although everyone's experience varies as to what hard skills are taught (note taking, excel, etc.)
Business Insight
It was really helpful to have more exposure to the line of service you think you're interested in to make sure that it does sound appealing and also being able to be exposed to a variety of people within this field also teaches you what you think you would more specifically be interested in.
Culture
PwC walks the walk instead of just talking the talk. The culture and atmosphere are actually much more welcoming, friendly and even relaxed than you would ever expect from a big corporate firm. The staff clearly love it and their excitement about PwC is contagious.
