Overview
I shadowed two senior associates working within the Operate department. I joined a training session, client facing meeting, saw their system for project management and was involved in creating and formatting slides for their Leadership Training course.
Skills
Yes many: networking skills, presenting, how to ask questions comfortably, a look into their technology and operating systems, logistics behind creating a training session. Mostly growth in my own self confidence and my ability/value to a company like PwC
Business Insight
Very exciting. I saw how skills i learned in my undergraduate degree are directly implemented to improve relations between the lines of service

Amazing, could not fault it. Everyone was so warm, supportive and open.
