Business Insight
It was really eye-opening to see how many areas there are in Management Consulting and what opportunities there are available to everyone, regardless of what line you're in or what level you're at. It was also super helpful to speak to people from various lines, because I could reflect and see which lines I would be interested in and which lines I wouldn't be interested in.
Culture
Everyone was super welcoming and friendly - it was a joy to speak to all the different consultants! Every consultant talked about how PwC supports their people and it was great to hear from employees involved in the different networks.
Your Impressions
The past 3 days have been inspiring and a real joy - hearing from ex-WiB interns was really encouraging because it was great to see how far they have progressed since joining the company as graduates. This experience has really given me an honest insight into a day-in-the-life, not only as a consultant, but a consultant at PwC.
Yes
Be confident in yourself and your skills! I was worried because my University degree (Music) is not related to consulting and I thought that I would be behind those who are currently completing a Business degree, but this definitely wasn't the case.
