Overview
This was a 3 day program which started with an induction. The main program involved shadowing associates and following them through their meetings and understanding what their day-to-day life was like. We also had the opportunity to catch up with other associates through the firm who worked in different areas to gain a holistic perspective about the program.
Skills
I have developed a greater understanding of what the role management consulting entails and how to initiate networking with individuals of different levels of seniority.
Business Insight
It was very helpful because the conversations I had with everyone was very open and honest. I now have the ability to determine whether or not management consultancy is the right line of service for me.
Culture
The culture was incredible ! Everyone encourages networking which opened up a lot of conversations. I really like how PwC strongly believes in constantly improving and getting better.

I really enjoyed the insight program because I got to speak to a lot of people.

I think anyone applying to PwC should make an effort to thoroughly research the organisation and ensure it is in line with their values. And you should be yourself through the process.
