Support & Guidance
Everyone is very supportive from your first day at the company. You are encouraged to ask as many questions as you need to help you, and line managers are always happy to schedule time in to help you develop. If there is an area that you know someone in the team is very knowledgeable on, they are usually happy to give you some background and help you with your task.

The company culture is definitely one of the best parts of the company. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, I often found myself coming out of calls shocked at how nice someone I had spoken to was.
