Overview
Training classes, meetings with employees working on an audit, meetings with fellow interns/buddy/career coach
Skills
I have improved my google apps skillbase, gained hands on experience of an audit. Developed professional relationships with interns and senior associates.
Business Insight
It was a learning curve and a lot to take on but very engaging and fun to learn something new.
Culture
Very welcoming and supportive. There were people to go to (who were not responsible for reviewing performance) to answer questions you thought might be stupid and everyone was always very thorough, helpful and quick to respond to questions.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it a lot, learnt new things, gained a new experience and met new people. I very much hope to gain further insights like this in the future
Yes
Be professional, polite and try and connect with those at the assessment centres. Do not underestimate the tests or assessment centre, they are big deciders in influencing outcomes .
