Overview
My day-to-day role varied immensely. During my time in store I would be running the shift, cashing up and ensuring all daily checks were done. My time in head office I would be visiting stores conducting audits or working for a Director on projects.
Skills
I have developed communication, team working, multi-tasking, presentation, excel and time management skills
Responsibilities
Yes I was tasked with visiting all stores by myself, and tasked with opening and closing a store and cashing up on multiple occasions. As well as being trusted with high level financial knowledge.
Support & Guidance
During store time there is a lot of guidance and by the time you move to head office less guidance is needed but it is there if you want it
Culture
You must work hard but you are rewarded for it and help is always there if you need it
Your Impressions
I have absolutely loved it and I am very sad that it is coming to an end.
