Overview
Leant about the company and then learnt about the methods they use to approach their client work- we were taught the BREAD process throughout the first day and the second day we implemented it.
Skills
Yes, it has helped narrow vague information down and be able to formulate correct questions to bring clarity to scenarios.
Business Insight
Since it is a B2B business there is not much awareness of it, however through this role I learnt about the roles available such as Client Services and how they navigate this industry
Culture
The culture of the company is one of fast-paced growth without sacrificing the development of their staff. They really care about their staff and support them throughout their stay at AlphaSights
Your Impressions
I very much enjoyed the insight, as this is a niche industry, I particularly learnt a lot more than I expected and enjoyed doing so.
