Overview
The program has involved audit training on the basic elements and practices in auditing as well as 8 days of client work, shadowing a senior member of the team on auditing activities. Additionally, we carried out an internship Dragon's Den project and presentation.
Skills
Yes, teamwork, the financial breakdown of a company, the practices and processes involved in auditing and built my confidence.
Business Insight
Really interesting, it has given me a much greater into the financial services industry.
Culture
Really friendly, everyone was very ready to help when I got stuck/had an issue and there was no feelings of intimidation, i was warmly welcomed into the company. They also included bonuses such as retail vouchers and the SummerFest programme to add a fun element to the placement.
