Overview
I learnt about all the departments in BDO. I also had workshops with internal and external providers on various topics e.g. career planning, wellbeing etc. I interacted with employees during organised lunches. I interacted with other participants in networking sessions and the social. Worked on a CSR project within a team.

Extremely helpful. I can now make more informed decisions on my career path.
Culture
It has a very good culture. This may actually be the most attractive part of the company. Our CSR project was directly linked to the volunteer scheme they have. I was able to meet the BAME network and we were introduced to mentors and buddies.
