Overview
For the summer internship we were given a first week of training for both the whole company and then in our specific sectors and so in risk it involved online meets discussing values and general training. We had a dragons den project also to demonstate some of our group work with other peers and also shadowed members in the firm already and helped them with any work they offered.
Skills
It has been really insightful helping me learn more about the specific area of expertise I would like to go into in future
Responsibilities
Yes, so while not shadowing we were given work to do that was reviewed after meaning we got to see some of the actual work members of staff within the firm were given to do and the dragons den project gave us all the responsibility.
Support & Guidance
There was an overwhelming amount of support available from buddys to career coaches and the staff we shadowed also supported us when needed.
Culture
Although not in person there was a sense of community still
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting more clarity regarding job prospects
