Overview
Time is split between general NatWest days (3) and time spent within your department (2). On general days, you work with other interns on two separate projects and attend sessions giving more information on the bank and its stakeholders. Placement days vary but depend on the area you are in.
Skills
Yes, there are lots of opportunities to develop and get support to develop various skills. There is a wide range of learning accessible to everyone.
Responsibilities
Not too much responsibility in my case, due to lack of training and knowledge of the systems used, but I was supported and able to see what happened day to day in the department.
Support & Guidance
Lots of guidance, both from early careers and my line manager.
Culture
Really collaborative and supportive.
Your Impressions
Very much enjoyed.
