Overview
Taking part in Business and CSR projects. Engaging in development sessions and Social events with other interns. Making progress and supporting my placement team.
Skills
Developed my Critical People Capabilities. Engaged in new learning and education. Increased confidence, teamwork and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Yes. On placement days I was chucked right into work in which I had to deliver. In addition, we had CSR and Business projects. We also had to manage our own schedules and meet others independently.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support from line managers and early careers team. Everyone has been very approachable whenever I needed help.
Culture
Company culture is very open and friendly. People have a desire to collaborate and work together.
Your Impressions
I have enjoyed my placement a lot so far. Activities have been exciting and engaging and have really allowed me to develop my skills.
