Overview
Variety of zoom meetings with colleagues across the bank and the Early Careers team, many of them being development sessions.
Skills
- How to effectively work remotely - Developed skills with software such as Microsoft Excel - Developed ability to connect with new colleagues and teams
Business Insight
It was difficult at first as it was a lot of new information and concepts to understand but the members of the bank have been great in helping all interns to understand more and develop their knowledge.
Culture
Everyone is very welcoming and happy to help with any queries, the general atmosphere is positive and cheery.

I greatly enjoy the virtual experience as the Early Careers team have organised plenty of sessions to make the experience as interactive as possible.
