Overview
Each intern has a placement which is randomly allocated and then works on a business project and CSR project. I work on these in rotation and have wonderful teams and lots of help!
Skills
Lots of learning opportunity, we have development sessions every week which are mandatory and then have optional courses through the NatWest Academy.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was put in charge of my own project in my placement and the other projects are intern led.

As much as needed! Guidance is readily available and every manager is very supportive.
