Overview
On a day-to-day basis, the programme allows you to meet other interns, other colleagues and work with people on your assigned team. You get small tasks to complete on your placement days, as well as webinars and socials to attend online with other interns and graduates.
Skills
Communication, organisation and research are the skills I feel have developed the most. I have learnt a new skill of research.
Business Insight
It is easy to meet new people. Colleagues are keen to set up talks with other team members depending on areas you feel most interested in.
Culture
the culture is very welcoming. People are friendly, understanding of the work/life balance.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the experience a lot. It was much more fun and easy to settle in than I initially thought. The Early Careers Team is very helpful and keen to accommodate your needs wherever required.
