Overview
Mixture of workshops for personal professional development and placement sessions with a variety of different team members in order to give a variety of work experience and knowledge.
Skills
Learned more about banking and financial institutions as well as boosting by confidence via a learning development session.
Responsibilities
I was given a varying about of responsibility based on the task. The work which was assigned to myself was carefully thought out to be accessible to my level and skill set with the tasks growing in complexity as time went on.
Support & Guidance
A huge amount of support via a range of different sources including line manager, buddy and early career team.
Culture
Always positive and welcoming of the intern cohort as well as being very approachable for questions no matter how big or small.

Enjoyed very much so and has changed my personal thinking for potential career paths in a positive way.
Yes
Ensure that you align your examples and descriptions with the CPCs of the company and its values. The organization is very purpose led and therefore it would be wise to bear this in mind.
