Overview
Attending development sessions, spotlight speaker sessions, networking events. On placement (2 days a week) linking in with my team via stand-ups, scrums and brainstorms to ensure the delivery of a better colleague experience.

How to manage and communicate my stakeholders. Prioritize tasks in order to deliver high quality work at pace - agile. Agile mindset.
Responsibilities
Yes, had to create a feedback framework that the CX team did not have capacity to create but was needed as part of refining the operation of the CX Squad.

Plenty of support, from line manager, graduate bubby, social activities and coffee catch-up speed dating.
