Overview
Either training days to learn accounting/bookkeeping or client work helping to do assist on various stages of the audit.
Skills
Learning the use of audit software, excel, timekeeping skills, project management, communication & interpersonal skills, presentation skills and also learning to not just take everything at face value.
Responsibilities
Yes, given numerous tasks during my client based work, doing work that actually makes a difference to the client and the business.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support and care from many members of staff up and down the business.
Culture
Engaging, hardworking but also can be quite chilled and genuinely nice people around you who want you to succeed.
Your Impressions
Very much enjoyed it, wish it was slightly longer (cut short due to COVID), but learnt a lot during my short time there.
