Overview
The year consists of 6 months based in Stores where you learn how to use all the equipment and get to a stage where you are managing the team and store. As well as 6 months based in Head Office, where you are working on projects for the company on a day-to-day basis.
Skills
Yes, improved communication, confidence, leadership, decision making. Also office based skills, Excel, presenting.
Responsibilities
Yes, in the first 6 months we were given the responsibility of managing a team and being responsible for the store specific results. Also given projects that influence the Business performance

Had a mentor throughout, and regular updates.

Hard-working but supportive culture.
Your Impressions
It was a great experience even during a turbulent year with COVID, so I very much enjoyed the placement from start to finish.
Yes
Go for it! Great retail experience in a supportive, hard-working environment. However, be ready for a challenge, as the year really tests you!
