Overview
The agenda differs from day-to-day but is widely varied and very informative and fun. There was a good mix of learning sessions, group work, panels, and Q&As.
Skills
We were given plenty of opportunities to develop our skills, either through learning sessions or working in small groups for our case study presentation.
Responsibilities
We were assigned to a group and given a case study document with tasks to complete
Support & Guidance
Apart from being assigned a mentor for our case study presentation, we also got two buddies that checked in on us and answered all our questions. They were amazing and of massive help!
Culture
Throughout the two weeks, the emphasis on the people culture at EY was immense, with everyone we heard from echoing similar views. The firm and teams were all extremely friendly and welcoming, which made it seem like a great firm to work for.
Your Impressions
Initially, I was skeptical about how much I would gain from 2 weeks of a virtual internship, but now I can safely say that it has exceeded my expectations. I had an amazing time, and am super grateful for the internship team for making such a great and fun program that I thoroughly enjoyed.
