    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
  • We completed really insightful and engaging learning sessions everyday. This included learning about the culture of EY and the key skills required to be successful at EY and in business in general. For example, there was sessions on how to improve your personal brand and confidence. We then had a case study to work on in a small team. At the end of the internship we had to present our findings to our EY mentors.

  • I learnt a lot from completing the internship. The case study is a very useful tool to learn about your service line, EY and to get to meet your peers. The learning sessions are also very insightful. I learnt how to improve my presentational skills and when creating my personal brand how to maximise my strengths while being able to identify my weaknesses to build on.
