Overview
Most days started with a few talks in the morning. Throughout the two week period we were put into small teams of about 6 to complete a project for a mock client, with a presentation in the second week. We met regularly with mentors and there were many fun quizzes, interactive teambuilding activities.
Skills
I learnt a lot about business etiquette/presentation skills and there were various sessions that explored how to identify your strengths and lots of general tips for future success. I learnt a lot about teamwork and how to successfully collaborate with people with such varied skillsets
Responsibilities
A small amount of responsibility was required in the groupwork project, since we were all accountable for our own parts, making sure we deliver what was needed for the group.
Support & Guidance
We has very regular sessions with EY mentors who gave us tips and advice and feedback on our work. Also any issues with the internship as a whole was very quickly addressed by email.
Culture
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, its clear that EY prides its people culture

I enjoyed the internship a lot, it was very well organised and relaxed for a virtual summer internship, and they did a very good job getting everyone involved and making it interactive
