Overview
Involved various audit training sessions, self-development workshops, networking with trainees and partners as well as an assessed group project focused on Corporate Social Responsibility.
Skills
I have developed my communication skills through networking with various trainees and partners. Through the group project, I have also improved my collaborative skills. Through self-development workshops, I’ve also learnt more about developing both my strengths and weakness.
Business Insight
Extremely informative especially as an undergraduate trying to decide what career path I want to go into.
Culture
Everyone was welcoming and both trainees and partners were willing to help and answer any questions I had.
Your Impressions
I did enjoy it, I would have preferred it was in-person but given the circumstances, BDO was able to cover a lot in the week.
Yes
Make sure to research the company, the culture and its values. You could also reach out to current trainees on LinkedIn for any questions you have.
