Overview
The role is varied and includes, but not limited to: meetings with clients, pitches, modelling, training through a recognised institute etc. Cannot disclose information regarding work and clients as it is confidential
Skills
Absolutely. Learnt to manage tasks and handle deadlines, how to present in front of clients and internal colleagues. Also learnt to communicate effectively and most important skill is to apply previous learning on job
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given responsibility very early on of the main slide deck used to present business to new clients and ensure accurate updates
Support & Guidance
This is what stands out about MUFG as compared to other organisations. The flat culture allows support to be very accessible throughout seniority ranks and much support is given. You are assigned line manager as well as a buddy so there is always someone you can rely on.
