Overview
Take part in live day-to-day work operations, and tasked with projects relevant to placement. Additionally take part in opportunities to develop personal and professional self.
Skills
This opportunity has allowed me to develop the right skills to work in a corporate environment, as I work and interact with senior professionals in one of the UK's most influential banks
Responsibilities
There are many opportunities during the internship to work independently, and use one's initiative to complete tasks and projects which NatWest value and are likely to use/refer to even after my placement has finished.
Support & Guidance
We are assigned a couple points of contacts (manager, mentor, early careers team) who we can refer to for support and guidance. Additionally, many of the employees encourage you to learn and do your best, and invite you to contact them for help if needed.
