Overview
There was an in depth induction on the first day, we then joined two seats for 1 day each during the week, with a group assessment on the last day and a final interview the following week for the TC.
Skills
I gained an insight to the day to day experiences of a trainee in different teams which was invaluable. Carrying out different tasks such as reviewing documents and completing a research task for a partner.
Business Insight
We were given the opportunity to talk with people at many different levels of the firm from trainees to the CEO which provided a wide insight to the firm.
Culture
Dentons culture is incredibly friendly, welcoming and collaborative.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed the insight and despite being a virtual placement it was just as valuable.
Yes
I would say to just be yourself and try to connect with as many people as possible during the scheme, as everyone is so friendly.
