Overview
Answering emails from various employees needing my help, documentation management of clinical trials, data management, building relationships with the team
Skills
Excell, Word, negotiation, flexibility, leadership, communication, getting our of comfort zone, team work, etc
Responsibilities
Yes, some of the documentations were that importnant that they may be used during a law trial if someone is suing the company
Support & Guidance
I started working during the pandemic, so there was no previous cases like mine. It took the company some time to properly onboard me, but the team was very supportive throughout this process.
Culture
JnJ is famous for its multi cultural enviornment and best-employee atmosphere. It is such a good work space for people and my family has told me that once I am used to the best, I will never be content with other employers.
Your Impressions
It gets quite repetitive after the first 5 months, but a placement for me is an opportunity to network, rather than learn a lot about something that you can use in your studies. What I took from the placement was experience in the industry, great relationships with the team both in and outside my department. The day-to-day tasks were quite simple once learned and monotonous once you master them
Yes
Be yourself on the interview, there are some candidates that are very strong, but just not the right fit for the role they apply
