Overview
I worked on many different projects each with different tasks so my day varied a lot. Most days I would be involved in some form of testing or prototyping and also bits of research.
Skills
I have learnt a lot of project managing and communication skills. I also had Neuro Linguistic Programing training and Myeres Briggs Training so learnt a lot about my self and how I work and how to work and communicate better with others around me. I also built on my pattern cutting, designing and fitting skills that I have gained from uni.
Responsibilities
yes I was responsible for managing whole sections of projects and communicating with other departments in the business. I also had to present to external clients.
Support & Guidance
I had a good about of support both from my manager and other members of my team. But also from the wider business, especially throughout Covid
Culture
So good, everyone at Gymshark is so nice and the company just wants you to do your best. They are very flexible with your working style and willing to adapt to you as long as the job gets done. They really look after the staff and everyone is willing to help.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it and I am very sad it is coming to an end. I would definitely come back if the opportunity arose.
