Overview
Working with a team of experienced managers to complete daily tasks and operations related to the intake of goods into the site, managing the picking of the goods to customer stores and organising the loading of goods onto vehicles

Learnt people management, time management, working in high pressure environment and resilience to challenges

High levels of responsibility given to those who are proven to work well, be effective and can be trusted. Responsibility given if you show your willingness

Limited support from Head Office function. Support at site received from peers and other managers on an as an when basis. Limited specific support networks.

Tough and harsh culture in an unusual, historic, industrial environment
