Overview
Consulting with members in teams I am working with, working out ways of automating functions within the business processes handled within the teams. Shadowing members within the teams

Responsibilities
Yes, I was given responsibility to create automation flows based on my own consultation with other team members needs and requirements.
Support & Guidance
I was given lots of support from my manager and all members of the teams I worked with. This helped me gain a lot of confidence when speaking to people within the teams, and in what I was doing
Culture
Everyone I spoke with was genuinely friendly, and everyone seemed very relaxed in nature, whilst being productive and inspiring. M&G culture has a focus on being inclusive for everyone, and emphasises that everyone has a place, and can be who they are without judgement.
Your Impressions
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with M&G, I felt part of the teams from day 1, and also felt that the work I was doing was making a difference and made everyone's lives easier. 10/10.
