The Role
Wasn't always doing the most exciting work, but the most exciting work I did was very exciting indeed!
Taken in almost immediately and treated well throughout.
Pretty free to decide how much and in what ways I contributed.
Some days were extremely busy, others were almost empty. Most days were just the right balance.
Given lots of responsibility at certain times.
Opened my eyes to the world of NGOs in a way no other placement could have.
The Company
Good atmosphere at all times.
No problems, but finding me work wasn't the number one priority.
Made sure I had everything I needed.

Company Parties/Events
Invited back as Project Manager and worked a further 2.5 years with them and the international office.
The Culture
We lived in the same house.
Prague is the perfect city in this aspect and others.
See above :)
Additional voluntary activities with the organisation and social events were plentiful.
