Overview
Attending talks from partners, associates, trainees and other representatives of the firm. Completing typical trainee tasks. Giving presentations / group work. Social events.
Skills
Developed a greater insight into the role of a trainee at a city law firm. Developed some basic trainee skills.
Business Insight
It was interesting to learn about how the firm sees long term value in developing their trainees into future partners.
Culture
Open, friendly and supportive. Everyone was willing to offer genuine and honest insight into their roles and the firm, and take time out of their busy days to have conversations with us.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed the week, and felt a great effort was made for it to be as engaging virtually as in real life.
