Overview
Going on-board ships and responding to queries that have been posed to the PEM Team. Reactive engineering to any issues raised on ship.
Skills
developed existing presentation, team work, communication skills. Developed upon skills learnt at university, engineering specific.
Responsibilities
i was allowed to work autonomously with minimal input and spoon feeding. was provided support when needed and asked for.

Support was readily available especially when asking for help and understanding.

Really enjoyed the opportunity to work on-board ships and connections i have made. would have liked to get involved in more engineering heavy projects.

Make sure you ask for what you want to do. don't get forced to do lots of jobs you don't enjoy. do jobs that will benefit your development.
