Overview
I speak to my buddies at LCP, work on my projects, as well as any immediate deadlines. I speak with the other interns too, and pick up some extra work I can get involved in through people at LCP.
Skills
Yes, my communication skills, organisational skills too. As well as my presentation skills
Responsibilities
Yes. There is enough to keep you busy, but LCP do not overburden their interns at all - they are very considerate about this. Interns have some free time to pick up extra work too if they wish
Support & Guidance
I have the constant support of my buddies, and everyone I come across in LCP are so helpful if I have any questions or guidance - they are always down for a quick call!
Culture
Quite relaxed, caring and genuine.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it a lot - the other interns in both my department, as well as in other ones, both in the london office and winchester one - are great. I found the experience quite good
Yes
The work here is not the same as general consulting. It is more specific and focuses mainly on pension schemes. So, if you do apply, make sure you have read up about pensions!
