Overview
Either going out into the field to speak with tenants and complete inspections or remaining in the office and completing tasks that are emailed to me by those with jobs for me.
Skills
I have learned a lot more about tenancy agreements and the way they impact both landlords and tenants.
Business Insight
It helped me understand quite how large a business it is and how wide a variety of jobs they have as well as within the rural section what is involved to become qualified to work here.
Culture
very friendly and welcoming with everyone trying to provide me with as wide a variety of interesting jobs as they could so to ensure I enjoyed my time here.

I enjoyed it a lot it was very interesting and provided me with a greater insight into a business that I may wish to go into.

Try to speak with as many different people in the office as you can so you have a greater understanding of the business as a whole.
