Overview
General Software-Engineering of the business's systems.
Skills
I learned a lot about web development, UI design, DevOps systems and Java frameworks. In addition to this I learned a lot about agile ways of working.
Responsibilities
Much more responsibility than I initially expected. We got to work with systems that the company uses on a day to day basis.
Support & Guidance
Plenty of support with aspects of the tech stack that were new to us and when working with complex systems.
Culture
The company has a very welcoming culture encouraging strong teamwork, diversity and growth.

I was working with important systems with great people so it was a really enjoyable experience.
