Overview
A placement is an integral member of their team and supports most BAU tasks as well as owns and manages a few projects themselves. The day-to-day role varies greatly upon the team but expect to be running reports, building presentations, enforcing strategies, etc.

Responsibilities
Absolutely! I delivered 2 projects across 6 markets, as well as being responsible for consumer sentiment reporting throughout the pandemic.
Support & Guidance
I received an appropriate level of support and guidance throughout the placement, however, it is generally expected that you try something out for yourself before asking for support- time is precious!
Culture
The company culture is AMAZING. TJX is such a positive place to work and talent is genuinely nurtured.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my placement experience. It was challenging at times but gave a real insight into the working world, and being given the responsibility of a full-time employee really made me feel like a valued team member.
