Overview
Supporting my team with their various tasks and projects, as well as completing intern training/development activities.
Skills
- gained good insight into financial services - enhanced digital literacy by working from home/joining team remotely - increased confidence in my own skilset throughout the placement
Responsibilities
Lot of autonomy - expectation is that you manage your own time Involved with a wide variety of tasks in different areas of the team

Line manager/wider team very welcoming Buddy system fantastic Everyone I have spoken to has been very supportive
Culture
Limited because of Covid, but made a real effort to support virtual activities

While being online meant I felt less involved than I would in the office, still a really valuable experience within a very supportive company
